Who can travel with me on this holiday?
This very much depends on which resort you choose to travel too. Some resorts cater for just 2 adults and some cater for larger groups.
What size apartment will I have?
The standard offer is for a 7 day stay in a 1 bedroom unit for 2 adults and 2 children, under the age of 16. However if more travelers are holidaying with you the a 2 bedroom unit can be requested free of charge.
How can you get the accommodation I want?
We are not an exchange company and we deal with the resorts direct. Due to the economic climate a lot of resorts are running at very low capacity. As a booking agent for these resorts and hotels we can use this availability.
How can you do the weeks so cheap?
The resorts and hotels we have available are choosing to offer these are cost price due to low occupancy on the resorts. This gives the resort the opportunity to promote the onsite facilities and amenities that are available to you and also let you know of any future offers.
What types of accommodation can you offer?
We have a selection of different accommodations for you, this includes:
Self Catering Apartments, Hotels and Villas.
Can you book the flights for me?
We have a designated team who can help and advise you on finding the better flight deals and prices. They will be able to direct you onto the website where you will book them yourself.
How can I view the resorts you have available?
Due to the fact that resorts are being added all of the time we do not send out any brochures in the post. Our clients have the benefit of being able to look at all of our superb resorts on our website.
What are VIP Weeks?
Where applicable certain resorts at certain times of the year will offer VIP clients a free upgrade to include either breakfasts, transfers, or other offers. Clients are also given a “Gift Certificate” Option free of charge.
Are these weeks transferable?
Yes, subject to you advising the reservation team prior to anything being confirmed. (Please be advised that due to the standard of the accommodation this is also subject to individual resort criteria).
If we have purchased more than 1 week with you can we use them together?
Due to the weeks being so highly discounted, the resorts stop clients using 2 weeks together to give everybody a chance to stay there.
How do we make this a 2 week holiday?
A lot of resorts do offer the chance to stay for a 2nd week on a discounted rental. There may also be other options available to you – please speak to the reservations department for more information.
What happens after I purchase the weeks with you?
Confirmation is usually sent via Email and due to such a high number of reservations this confirmation is normally sent within 24-48 hours.
